He's only been on the bench for a short time, so at least give him time to get organized.
I don't understand why people are so quick to judge someone who hasn't had time to develop a serious strategy yet. Let's at least wait 4-5 months. After we can judge him.
The thing is that at Real Madrid, you don't have 5 months. Five months from now, they could be 3rd on the La liga table with like 10 points away from the first position. Any manager signing for Real Madrid, and nobody knows it better than Xabi Alonso, who played for the club.
He will not be sacked, but the fans will ask for results or improvement from the first game he coaches. If he finishes the season without a trophy, then he will be on the list of managers who could be sacked.
I believe Madrid will get better, but I don't expect them to be a team that everybody will be scared of. Against teams with a less technical midfield, Madrid will win, but when they meet a team with a very technica midfieldl midfield and good attacker, Madrid will get dominstaed.
Last season, individual brilliance carried Madrid along most of the season; next season, I don't think that will help them. they have to get better as a team or face the kind of season they just witnessed.
