I uhh... actually got a response not long after I relayed a message, verbatim, of neighboring case case... for a different case [yeah, I was also a bit confused with the reply at first]. But maybe there is hope that Razer started to look into the matters, as the case being explained to me was actually about a month old and I barely brushed about it anymore, and he explained to me what happened, out of nowhere.

It's a shift from "compliance will handle it" to him [clearly] looking into the matter. It might be due to a lot of reason, but maybe, if we may hope, there is a chance that he's following advise and starting to look into matters personally as the compliance team keeps on throwing blanket statement of AML.

I am not saying to hold your breath, and if you're willing to escalate to legal matter like what the neighboring case do, I'll relay your formal last call too, but I wrote to Razer as a reply for that explanation that the case he explained to me was not the one which I relayed. I am waiting for his reply, and there is a chance that he won't reply, so yeah... it's all up to you.
