This level of dedication can only come when someone has a personal love for an exercise. Let's keep climbing.

I have not been very chanced recently even though I also participate in my exercises routinely.

I just went through the pages and discovered that it's always this four or lower. Again, why are we not having columns for those on the bench? I spent months off this thread even though I was part of it from day one. I got back and couldn't find myself anywhere in the box. I wish the bench could be added when the need arises. @Dirtykeyboard, you are doing the best job ever.
