I haven't used it either, in fact I think that this is the first time I've heard about that card (the metallic one looks cool Cool

) so I'm not sure what's causing the problem, but what Upgrade00 makes a lot of sense. If they charge minimal fees for each transaction, it makes sense that $0.24 is under the minimum threshold they have set to be able to withdraw. But I can't find it anywhere in their website, either.
