Old news, Armenia froze their CSTO membership over a year ago back in February 2024.

There is no love between Pashinyan and Putin. Ask Alik, and I'm sure he'll come up with ton of reasons why Azerbaijan should start another war with Armenia in an attempt to create that Zangezur corridor. And Russia is the only power that can prevent that war. Whether Pashinyan can be exploited to betray Armenia, is yet to be seen. After deteriorating relationship between Russia and Azerbaijan recent reports indicate that more Russian troops were arriving at their Armenian bases. As everyone knows, Armenia and Georgia are the next targets for ~~freedom cookies~~ west expansionism. Lots of people would love nothing more than to start a war in those countries too, the only thing holding them back is they can't find justifications to convince the public that Russia would be the one who would want to start a war there.
