Not everyone has the entrepreneurial instinct needed to run a business. Managing your own business requires significantly more responsibility, initiative, a creative approach, and the ability to handle any situation with resilience. Most people take a passive stance in life and prefer to shift responsibility onto someone else. That’s why regular employment is usually a better fit for them.

Everyone has their own perspective on things like this but that doesn't mean those who work also don't want to make a business as something they don't choose but they are aware of their capacity or maybe the capacity of their economic level. We all may have a fairly logical thought that doing business or making yourself a boss can make life more comfortable but in the end something like this cannot be done by anyone because all can try but not all can succeed.

The concept of economic circulation will also not be healthy if all refer to the same direction because when there is someone who becomes the boss, it is certain that some of us must become workers and it has become a natural law that will not be able to be separated from the current economic circulation system.
So even though it is good to try to do business but on the other hand we also have to be aware of our qualifications if we are not able to do it then don't try to force something that is uncertain, I know it's good when someone doesn't give up easily but there are other things to consider when we are not suitable for the system then we just need to find another system to support the life we run.
