I reported them to Freshworks, because Freewallet is using their service "Freshdesk" in their customer support, and Freshworks responds to my complain and open an internal investigation, I'm still waiting for their reply

They claim to be working on issues like money laundering, illegal financial transactions, etc ! Basically, they are using these tags to freeze crypto users' funds.
