Email is not an aspect to security if you stake your bitcoin address. I also think anyone that is able to protect his seed phrase should be able to protect his password. If he can backup his password somewhere in like 2 or 3 places and also have it in memory, I think he can not lost his account.

Just my own opinion but I use email.

No need for that, you can hide your email from others.

Go to Account related settings and tick "Hide email address from public?"

He hide his email. He may think someone can compromise his email to hack his Bitcointalk account.
