3. No, absolutely not. I am the sole user of my devices, and no one has ever used them to log into a different BC.Game account and play.
4. I created the account in 2023 and played there without any issues until January 2025. My last successful withdrawal was on December 3, 2024. The account was then blocked in January 2025 after I attempted to make a withdrawal of approximately $750. This was the first and only withdrawal attempt after my last successful one.
I understand correctly that you've done your KYC, at least the basic level? Or was it actually even the advanced KYC? Is there anything out of pattern that you did between 3 December 2024 [last successful withdrawal, of which safe to assume indicated the account is good[ and January 2025 when it first get blocked?
