I don't see anything wrong with copy trading but the problem with many people is that they keep copying the wrong traders especially those that don't trade with risk management. If you don't know how to trade the crypto market and you want to make money from trading then copy trading is a good option. You will also need to endeavor to use good platform that would not charge large fee and still change your copy trading fee even when you are not in profit.

However, it’s not all the time that copy trading should be tolerated. Copy trading should only be your starter’s guide, until you finally learn on your own and develop your personal skills and strategies that will give you an edge when trading.

Now even if we say you are copying from the pro traders, but how long? Believe me, you will get used to it and become dependent, then suddenly that trader suddenly vanish and leave you not even knowing how to analyze the market and study the chart patterns, so in the end you’ll trade at a loss despite of how long you’ve been trading in the market.

This concept emphasizes the importance of transitioning from dependence to independence in trading. Copy trading can be considered a crash course that teaches about market potential but doesn't provide in-depth understanding. A smart trader will use copy trading as a stepping stone to learn the logic behind every decision. Mastering market analysis and chart patterns is a key asset that cannot be copied or borrowed. Without these skills, a trader is like a sailor who simply follows another ship without ever learning to navigate independently. When the ship disappears, he will be lost in the vast ocean.
