on one day I did 100 in four sets.
today i did a set of 33 will do more today.
fucking hate asthma it truly sucks.

I know doing push-ups will help you to manage your asthma because it will help you to maintain a good healthy weight, which will help you overcome obesity, but I think you should reduce the quantity of your push-ups per day so that you could manage your stress and get better.
Doing 100 push-ups a day can help strengthen and build muscle in your chest, arms, and shoulders, but you have to have your inhaler close to you. Though push can help but you should know how many u do that will arous the asthma, I will also suggest you take warm water early in the morning before you start your push ups. You will be healed, for me I started with doing 10 pushups in 2 sets but as I consistently carry on I was able to do 50 in 2 sets, yesterday I was not able to do because of activities I have at hand. But thank God for today's weather, after my normal juggin I was able to do able to do 20 pushups in 10 sets,,, we move.
