Bro I'm sorry for what you're feeling at the moment but believe me when I say this, with the weather condition that we are experiencing I think you shouldn't joke about this pains, it happened to me but then I wasn't taking it too serious and now each time is rainy season I always feel pains on my wrist. In your own case it might be different but I'd advice you continue using the hot water to massage it and apply balm on it, if possible you bandage it and don't engage on anything that would stress that area.

The pain is much, seems sprain takes longer to respond to pain killers. It was an all-pain day, no signs of correction. I still follow the hot water and balm massage, twice ... morning and evening. I wish this never happened. I hope to be fit soon.


This is a serious injury; you shouldn't play with it before it turns into something else. You need to see a doctor for a proper checkup so that you will get the right treatment that will help you recover quickly. Just stop doing push-ups for now so that you won't worsen your condition. When you fully recover from your injury, you can start doing push-ups.

Thanks for all your care and good wishes. I would advise that you should mind the tasks you choose. Trying out an unbalanced pushups exercise on a plank was the cause of this gruesome pain I'm facing. I hope tomorrow would feel better.
