Bro I'm sorry for what you're feeling at the moment but believe me when I say this, with the weather condition that we are experiencing I think you shouldn't joke about this pains, it happened to me but then I wasn't taking it too serious and now each time is rainy season I always feel pains on my wrist. In your own case it might be different but I'd advice you continue using the hot water to massage it and apply balm on it, if possible you bandage it and don't engage on anything that would stress that area.

It will definitely happen and never see it as something that won't. Look, as long as you're pushing yourself so hard there are some parts of your body that hasn't gotten used to it and it might be a mistake, like when I twist my ankle some time ago so don't sweat it. Continue doing what you doing with time it will subside, you should also look for a better pain relief to support the massage, you'd see some changes, don't panic you'll be fine and don't even try to engage your self on anything that will stress that affected part.
