Freewallet is a famous scammer who has scammed a lot of crypto users under the name of wallet. They will harass you so that you forget about your money and these scammers can take ownership of your funds. So I would tell you not to give up, promote them on different platforms so that more crypto users will be wary of these fake wallet traps.
