I understand that you are a new casino and ou still have a lot of work ahead and a lot of improvements to make, but delays, especially in processing withdrawals, can be really frustrating, as you obviously have noticed.
So, implementing an automated payment system should be a top priority to improve the user experience and to gain your customers’ trust.
In the meantime, I believe it would be appropriate to add a notice on the withdrawal page informing users that withdrawals are processed manually, just to avoid confusion.
