Use deposit/time limits in-app. IMO, there are pretty good tools, such as limit reminders and pre-commitment tools that help to reduce the damage and spending. Just avoid chasing the losses, which is a classic tilt trap and only bet with the income that you truly consider as disposable. If you do not understand how the time flies when betting, just schedule block sessions, add a 7-day cooldown, or try excluding yourself. Therefore, make a proper schedule, use the money just for entertainment and just quit when the limit is reached, and do not make any exceptions.
