It has been nearly three weeks since your post. Do have any update with regards to taking them to court? There are very long posts full of images at times between two members therefore it is not easy for me to read through them. It is not going to be easy to take an online casino to court therefore it should be the last resort.
I no longer carry the signature for them.
I think what they did with your case is not the best way to treat a player.
I am hoping the op gets a better resolution then he has at this point in
