It's also great that they announced beforehand the temporary conditions like manual withdrawals until next summer, manual bonus applications for bitcoin deposits, manual deposits with bitcoin (sunfirecasino bitcoin wallet to customer's sunfirecasino account), the fact that live support (and e-mail support) is not available until September, and the fact that the user must create a telegram account if they don't already have one rather than having customers learn these things through experience.

I didn't know that their Bitcoin deposit is manual. I never made a Bitcoin deposit on Sunfirecasino. I usually deposit BNB, TRX, and USDT at casinos to try the games, and I did the same on Sunfirecasino. I saw that their deposit is automatic, and I don't think any specific coin deposit is manual. I can see that you are actually trolling them instead of helping them improve themselves.

As I said, they are a new casino and are still developing their platform. These are just their shortcomings, which they have to work on. You don't learn language from your mother's womb. They are building a product, and I hope they will make it more user-friendly over time.

Whether it's trolling or not, criticism of a released product that lacks critical features is absolutely valid, especially from clients who deposited money. If this were a non-profit, garage project built in spare time, I'd be more lenient. But they started a business, a casino, to make money, and they released an unfinished product so they could start earning sooner. In this context, all criticism has a place.

Even an incomplete product might be tolerable if they at least conducted themselves professionally.

Instead, when the team wants to contact a player, they don’t send an email; they remove the player's funds without a trace, effectively forcing the player to go on Telegram and contact the casino there for an explanation. That is beyond unprofessional.

Then, they tried to underpay my winnings by more than $500, perhaps hoping I had forgotten how much had been removed, since there was no way to see it in the logs. After I pointed out that my winnings were significantly higher than what they attempted to pay, they still underpaid me by $80... I don't know whether this points to a liquidity problem, incompetence, or an attempt to pocket part of my winnings. Although I have my own hunch; feel free to draw your own conclusions.

Unfinished product aside, there appear to be much more serious issues here.
