Hahaha, a lot of strength has come to the muscles because you have decided to lift the car right now. In fact, the day the exercise can be done a little better and the muscles can be loaded more, it feels like I can lift anything. This is not just your case, it happens to many people. I used to feel the same way when I was exercising with dumbbells to increase my arm muscles.

Today I completed push-ups in the morning. Today I completed a total of 100 push-ups in 5 sets. However, completing today's push-ups was more fun because of the rain.

If I continue making use of the dumbbell in the next 2 to 3 weeks I believe my arms are not only going to be bigger but it will balance the push up and I pray not to be having that idea of lifting objects before one day I'll see my fellow human as a piece of cloth to move with one arm.

Here you got me laughing again. Lol, your fellow human like a piece of cloth and lifting them with one arm? Who does that? Maybe you will become the next super man in history! Lol. Well, if you feel okay after the exercise and no Strains and casualty, then enjoy the moment. Some days, after push ups and few other exercises as one can involve, the feelings are just so special and super. And that's just the beauty of exercises, it makes you light and super. Weldon! But pls don't lift a car or a human to avoid issues, smiles.
