Being away from this Pushups challenge because of sprain that happened to me since over one week ago while I was carrying out my daily pushups, has not been easy. The pains in the earlier days was so much that I nearly vowed never to participate in this pushup challenge anymore, but guess what, I am already feeling too lazy and lighter over the week.
Thank you all for your encouragement and suggestions which helped me to handle it effectively so far. Even though it's yet to go completely, the pain is now much less and I can't wait any longer. I was able to get 65 pushups in 6 sets of 10*5 and 15. Maybe this would compensate for my doctor's demand that I should stress the palm to hasten total recovery.

Boss this style is the best oh but I tried this expansion of hands Omo it's not easy at all. I think beginners shouldn't start with this one oh, I tried this could you believe I was able to do just 20 push ups in 2 sets, hahahah. This one is though the best but this one is best for old hands.

From your talks, seems you are misunderstanding him or the pics sent here. I think he was showing his injured palm as a result of the Sprain during his push up daily routine, and according to him has kept him all out for days now. He wasn't showing off a new style which we can practice I guess. I think that's why he cycled the affected area for more clarity.
Thank goodness you're back on the floor Tominez. Am from your report, you are gradually healing, we all wish you safe and speedy recovery. Even though your daily push up number has reduced to 65 as you reported, it shouldn't be a problem. What matters the most is that you are recovering so well and we love it. To me, the number is even high. I was thinking you would start from 20, 30 -40, just within that range. But it's still okay you able to carry the number you did. You don't have to be too hard on that palm of yours. It's still healing, Ans it's bit by bit.

My Normal 120 push ups added. It's that same and normal feelings. I think my body has adjusted really well to this number. But no plans of addition, I would to remain here for a bit more before thinking of addition.
