Exactly, there is also other ways that can be used to bypass the restriction, one of them is that some casinos provide mirror links so those who are getting the access blocked by the government through ISP will still able to access the casino by mirror links.
However, government that ban casinos is actually losing so much money from the tax but of course the government is having their own reason why they decide to ban casinos that regulating it.
When the main reason is about religion, it will be really hard to argue with this reason LOL.
