The question is not whether they care or not, but they need to carefully consider and evaluate whether adopting cryptoc or adding bitcoin to national reserves will benefit or harm their country and economy. They will make decisions based on that, and if it actually benefits their economy and their country, and even if they don't like it. They will also have to accept it because national interests must come first.

Why not? At least someone raise this bill to them so that they would look and take consideration to approve it.

Somehow Bitcoin is not new on that country since if we look at the statistics https://bitpinas.com/feature/philippines-top-8-crypto-ownership/ there are lots of Filipino's own Bitcoin or crypto.

So provably those politician will get notified about it then check on what did other country especially US do regarding on their implemented Bitcoin Strategic Reserve plans. Maybe for now it seems impossible to pass but still its good initiative that someone made a huge noise about possible creation of Bitcoin reserve for their country.
