Boss this style is the best oh but I tried this expansion of hands Omo it's not easy at all. I think beginners shouldn't start with this one oh, I tried this could you believe I was able to do just 20 push ups in 2 sets, hahahah. This one is though the best but this one is best for old hands.

It's no style neither was I pushing at that moment. I had to capture the moment I successfully suspended myself on the Sprained arm while holding on to relax the pain before pushing further. As I pushed I adjusted my right Palm to ease the pressure on the little finger say after every 4 to 5 push for each set of 10 pushups. Sometimes my arms get wider while trying to adjust the palm too. But all those was not intentional, I was more focused on circulating the weight in order to retain its benefits on the healing process while building my biceps too. All I just want is to get this laziness off my ass even though it's definitely coming with some pains.
I get that pain in my left wrist.
You can ease it a bit if you use stairs and make the angle easier.
If you place your hands on step 1 or step 2 the angle is easier on your wrist.
This summer was very hard on my asthma which is hard to exercise when it's active.
Thank you for this suggestion I will try that too. All I just want is to get fully fit. My wrist feels heavy too and weary after just the 3rd set of 10 pushups today. Getting the last after seeing my doctor this evening, I decided to try this stairs out and I can tell you it was much easier as I was able to get 13 pushups in that set. I may have to stay off again if this pain persists.

There's probably nothing more satisfying than doing something consistently and getting good results. I did a good push-up today, 100 reps.
I also looked into buying some equipment for home, and I'll be getting some soon. I'm buying a parallel bar and a pair of parallettes. I'll use these to practice front levers, planches, L-sit, and handstands. These push-ups have strengthened me even more so I can do those exercises.
I'll start with the basic steps of these exercises and progress step by step.
