Have you opened the withdraw section yet? I was also redicted to the homepage without having any information telling me that my email was successfully confirmed. And then at the withdraw section, you might see this message
Yes, I did that. I checked the deposit/withdrawal page just after creating my account and verifying my email address. I didn’t test whether withdrawal request will get processed as I don’t have any funds in my account, but I guess everything is fine as I’m not getting the pop-up message you shown on the screenshot you provided asking you to verify the email.
You said you may contact customer support if the problem persists, did you do that? I think it’s important to solve this issue before making a deposit.
Looks like you are one of the lucky ones. Mine does not work up to now (maybe it will eventually, but I don't know how many times I have to resend the verification link)
I think they should just make the process easier by getting the account verified on first attempt. It gets so hard for one to make a deposit on the platform knowing that without the seemingly hard verification process, they won't withdraw their funds.
