It is not about the abundant resources at PSG's disposal but rather about their resilience which I think the other teams do not have, if you take a good look at the players in the PSG squad you would notice that most of them are not that exposed as much as the players in Real Madrid but the PSG players play with much zeal at the moment, if this traits can be emulated by the other teams in ligue then they might dethrone PSG from the top soon.
