I agree with you, and I think if they knew Arsenal before Arteta became manager, Arteta has slowly made many improvements and progress for Arsenal since his arrival in 2019.
And although their performance in the Premier League has been inconsistent, Arsenal's results over the past two seasons have consistently finished in second place in the table, which means Arsenal are in a better position compared to the big teams below them.
