The emotions to increase bet after a hit(win) or more cash is usually high and this increases do not in any way determin a chance of winning again. Keeping to a predetermined bankroll is an easier way of being in charge of gambling therefore avoiding being addicted to gambling since you gamble when you want to not carried away by one helpless emotion ( reasons/target) or the other.
Budgeting losable amount is a comprehensive summary of gambling not being a business that one can put in all their earnings and even going on to be indebted and also a strategy to control gambling addiction.
