I agree with you on this, whatever we do there should be a sense of moderation In anything that you do...it's important that you shouldn't take gambling as a priority, you must have other things you are doing that should take your time and attention...gamers can keep a healthy balance when they don't have anything significant going on in their life...if you don't have anything doing to keep yourself busy you shouldnt be gambling

The thing is that balance is the key.. Left to me i feel gambling should only come in as a kind of leisure activity not something that takes the center stage in someone's life. once someone starts making it their main focus i think that is when it becomes a big problem.I also think discipline plays a big role because even if you have family or friends around at the end of the day it is your own choices that matters more. but having other meaningful things going on like work and some minor hobbies kind of helps keep gambling in its place. If someone has nothing else to do, it is easy to get carried away, so staying busy with productive things outside gambling is what keeps it healthy i suppose.
