Even the support service couldn't explain anything regarding the question, I mean they won't answer questions for the future so the conclusion is better to wait for the announcement if there is a regulatory update. There was previously a regulatory update regarding crypto for users from India and as you said Stake always finds a solution well we suspect the same thing will be do in the future. I was wondering before, it seems Stake is implementing something special for users from India and maybe this is because India is one of the most user bases for Stake, yeah at least it's in the top 3.

Indeed it's a huge market for them but the new law is something that prohibits the online gambling completely irrespective or regulated or not and it is a work in progress to see what are the exclusions in it but until now they are prohibited and every casino operated in India are forced to shut down too. We may see some changes in future for sure but it will take years since I know how they really work on these things.

Although the government can collect information from casino platforms where KYC is mandatory, most people prefer to gamble on non-kyc platforms. And there are some illegal gambling sites where deposits can be made in local currency but no KYC is required, people also gamble a lot on them. And those platforms are operated illegally from other countries due to which the government does not get any information about them. In this way, a lot of money is being laundered from one country to another. And it will take a much longer time to protect these and a strict action will be required from the government.
