I always feel sick after a leg workout. I think my immune system might be weakening due to overexertion.
Anyway, I felt a little better today. I couldn't do push-ups yesterday; I needed a rest. Today I had a back workout.
I warmed up with push-ups and then did 100 reps, then continued with pull-ups and other back exercises. I'm really focusing on my workouts these days, which is helping me increase my reps.

I would advise that you get more fruits and drink more water. Sometimes you have to ensure you eat more protein meals and take a good rest. Sometimes it's the muscle expansion process that causes the weakness after regular exercise period especially the pushups exercise. Take more fruits, eat good protein meals and drink enough water and take a good rest. You will feel refreshed in 3 days of taking serious care of yourself with fruit, protein meals and good rest. Pushups deserve every effort you give it since it enhance food health and normalises the homeostatic condition too.
