For the first time, you provide a useful update to a case. That said, OP still has not received their funds and nothing has been resolved, any reason why? Even though i don't believe anything you sau, i'd be glad you prove me wrong and at least help resolve one case out of the many against the scam service you work for.
AFAIK, Exodus had Changelly as a third party service to handle coin swaps. I don't know why Exodus switched to N.Exchange.
Chengelly is not any better, they also do not have a very good reputation here. I don't know why Exodus is working with selective scammers and service that force people to do KYC. Safe to say people should stop using Exodus or at least stop using their swap future, it is definitely a scam.
