You, Sir, have no idea what a DoX is. You don't just find a DoX, normally, you either make one or find someone to do it for you. In the U.S you could sue them. But that probably won't need to happen often, since a DoX has most of their personal information in it. You don't need their 'Facebook' when you have their name, alias, address, E-mails, spouse, phone numbers, and relatives.

I doubt most people would use that dox for suing purposes. They would just try and use that info to get their BTC back through communicating with the scammer.
