What I experienced was that the developers didn't listen to the foundation or community.
The developers could only be contacted by one person: Kolin.
Even simple questions were never answered by Max unless you asked the questions via Kolin.
That is why Victor has chosen to cooperate with Kolin. Victor realized that was the only way to get contact with Max and get things done for Quark.
I think that you need to point out that this was a misconception because it wasn't true that Max couldn't be contacted only by Kolin - that's only what Kolin made it look like: as if he had a special contact to him. Particularly because Max didn't answer mails for like at least half a year. We found out later from Max that in fact he thinks Kolin is a weirdo.
Anyway it is true that Victor cooperated with Kolin because of this misconception. Kolin likes to state that he is some sort of nodal point ib the community and many - including me - believed that. Others still believe it. He will deceive more people with his sick behaviour sobI think it us good to point it out again and again and do some research just like Orm does.

Max indeed clarified this is a misconception during the last IRC meeting (and an e-mail, which was published at reddit). I hope that it is true and Max will
show that he listens more to people from the community :-)
For me words alone are not enough.
The days where Kolin had some control over Quark like he did back then are over. The community woke up and agreed on his bann from Quarks subreddit, this was also brought to the attention of Crypto members outside the Quark community. His greed and games cost him to lose his reputation and i think Max is aware of this aswell. As Max stated he is open for new ideas and would grant access to the code if they are supported by the community, he only said that he has limited time for it and only will maintain the code. So things doesn't have to go through kolin at all.
Meanwhile Quark is still in top 20 and above hundred of other coins including

I wish we all could regroup again and put history behind and work on this baby, because it is a pretty special Crypto and a fair price to get in to make some gains financially aswell. Maok joined and has done a good job maintaining the Quark brand so kudos to him.
I got an e-mail from Vic aka mcphervi where he gave me the registration e-mail with shaqfu perks so that i can get access to shaqfus members area to promote quark amongst gamers and give new ideas for the game (quark related) So if anyone wants to support this or has new suggestion for the game they need to buy a perk first to get access to the forum. Perks are pretty cheap i believe from $5 or $15 and up. Would be nice to have couple of us showing some presents at their forum. The game goes live late next year.
