by the way: placed new test-order, actual number is Order #1684

before i can start legal action in germany, i have to write a letter and give a grace period of 7 days for delivery.. i will send registered letters to london and hongkong, and will see what happens ^^

by the way: did nobody pay via bank transfer? police has more experience with conventional bank accounts, maybe they can freeze bank account relatively fast?

I purchased with back transfer, I included all of my bank info with my report.

I was also sent an email from HSBC Hong Kong which said the following:

Dear Mr Toman

Thank you for your e-mail of 13 October 2014 regarding a suspected fraud
account.

If you had made the payment, please provide us with the transaction
details for our reference.

- Name of Remitter
- Name of Remitting Bank
- Date of the Transaction
- Transaction Amount and Currency

If you would like to cancel the payment and recall the fund, please
contact your Remitting Bank to make formal request. The remitting bank
can send us the request via proper channel. However, if the fund was
already credited into the beneficiarys account, the success of return
fund will heavily depend on the beneficiary's decision. Please note that
the bank is required to obtain beneficiarys consent for refund.

local authority and/or Hong Kong Police for an appropriate action. The
