Correct & correct (210 BTC, equivalent value in NOBL burnt however). Burn ratio is also the conversion ratio if that makes sense.

I apologise if there has been any confusion with the Poloniex wall, I've been balancing the NXT AE, private communications and Polo wall for demand this last week.
