Freebitco.in is now selling fraudulent products/services. The Premium membership, which requires people to buy and hold FUN tokens, is no longer giving out all the promised benefits.
No daily WoF spins. No more daily spins from emails.
In fact as we can know from scrolling, now even their lotteries and Lambo giveaway is close to being a fraud. No results after 2 months, while a new round is still ongoing.
Can we all make sure we leave Trust feedback?
If a product is free, you are the product - there are better versions of this and the oldest that I know is around there in TV since 40 years before the freebitco's faucet. It is always a shame if a good site like this would go to waste but it is looking like it. I was never able to acquire any referrals for freebitco.in but I know some pople recruited some big whales and they made good money out of it. Guess all good things come to an end eventually.
Was your withdrawal of FUN tokens successful? I still haven't received them after several days...

To my mind, there is a big chance that they'll credit your WOF spin bonuses later because that has happened before but there is a small chance they'll let you withdraw FUN tokens. A few months ago, I couldn't also withdraw because I wasn't receiving confirmation email but later they fixed it. Now they have this issue again but I don't know if they'll fix it this time. Btw I suggest you try withdrawing many times every day until you successfully receive the confirmation email or watch this thread, someone might post here something about that.I mean let me explain, if everything is done right, if things start working again through good management and everything can be corrected, I think they can make a difference. I think that they are done. I agree and thank you all for your help. It is actually an e-mail that has a server with a more restrictive firewall but I don't understand why it doesn't even get into spam. In any case, I think I have tried everything. The only hope is that support will reply sooner or later. To check whether there are again issues with authorization emails or not, I just requested for password reset and I received the email in a few seconds. So, I think the problem should be on your side. Did you check your spam folder?

I always check spam. Moreover, I have entered the address 'noreply@freebitco.in' but I still don't receive any e-mails. The only mails I receive are the automatic ones (which probably come from another address, 'fin@freebitco.intercom-mail.com') telling me that my support request ticket has been taken care of.
The problem may be on my side but... all I need is for them to respond to the numerous support requests and the problem would be solved.

you can send a amail on faq page, by submit a ticket for support, seemsly that dont are active here, but some times are answering tickets by email, dont forget insert your user number ...

I'm just reading now... unfortunately I have 12500 fun tokens and I can't withdraw them because I don't get the email with the link to click to authorise the withdrawal

do you have any suggestions? You can enable 2fa, but, if you are not receiving confirmation email, i guess that you ll wnt receive email to enable 2fa, but you should try.
