I need to know something I have exchanged $82 from my VCC and when I tried to withdraw to my wallet it asks for $20 as a blockchain fee?!? What the hell! How is it possible to ask for such a huge fee I send from any wallet to other wallet in the very same time and it asks for maximum $5 so how is it $20 is wirex turning to be scam? Please I need some explanation!!!!!!

Thank you for the tip I have now sent them a support ticket with the transactions details like the transaction ID and the amount withdrawn and now I have to wait until they reply to me this is the support ticket number ( 119413 )

I have withdrawn my money from my PayPal account almost 5 days now and till now it didn't reflect on the card so why the delays? Anyone got an idea because it usually takes 2 days also my account is full verfied so I don't see any problem in my end.

For my case I just think the delays comes from the bank but the customer service of wirex really helped me a lot before so I will send them a ticket so we can solve this issue

Hello, I have withdrawn money from my PayPal account to the USD card and PayPal said it will take just 1-2 to arrive and now it's been more than 2 days and nothing usually it arrives to my wirex account in just 2 days so is there any problem with the card issuing bank?

Hello now your bank rejected my docs for the third time and let me know how can i get my money back from the account i mean i withdraw 108$ and there was $8 already in the card so total of $116 and when i came to use it they blocked my card and asked me for verification your problem from the beginning is that you didn't mention about the block after i withdraw the money to my wirex card right ? ok and then i read in the TOS that i need to verify my account to only increase the limits you didn't mention that if i withdraw the card will get blocked you should be clear in the TOS so now i need to know how to get my money to pay-pal i got tired from this really 3 times to upload my docs and failed i really see that is not my problem it's yours you didn't mention also i used my wirex account for a while with no problem and the problem started to happen when i withdraw the money from my paypal so now how you will refund my money you will send the money to source which is my paypal account or what i need to know because i need my money back ?? I have made a support ticket with this number 84004 so please let me know what's gonna happen with my problem because it's really tough

Hello sir I just checked my account to see if the account get verified 7 after i submitted my documents and now i see the option that i upload my documents again does this mean the documents got rejected? By the way there is no message informed me by success or failure of the process of verification !! so what do i do now? This is really tough i don't know what else to do i got tired of this and I have deposited money into the virtual card so if i got rejected how i can get the money back because i withdraw the money from PayPal i need help please real help because i spoke to the support many times and they till me they will try their best to get my account verified and nothing happen i'm waiting like 20 days now so what else should i do?? in the end i think maybe it's glitch in the app it self or the website maybe because it's in new condition so maybe the option to upload the documents again is available but it's just error so maybe i still not rejected by the bank so please i'm asking you to help me because it took so much time with me i have submitted support ticket with the problem and this is the ticket number (82191) remember what i told you i did not informed by anything like i rejected or not.

I realized that when i ordered the card i put Iceland address which i was there at the moment in a hotel and it's not my residential address and i didn't know that it's important so the bank issued the card with the address that i ordered the card with and now I'm in UK and submitted the proof of address again and i'm asking for help to solve this issue because also i have money in this card and i can't spend it until the account get verified sorry for my lack of experience i'm not good at the tech stuff but i'm learning from my mistakes now  if you want me to send my documents to you here i will and this is my support ticket number (80015)

I have been using e-coin for a while with no problem and I made a lot of transactions with unverified account because I see the limits is ok with me suddenly days ago I withdrew from my PayPal account $108 then my card got blocked for no reason and asked me for verification and I submitted my passport (chile) and my bank account statement (UK)
And yesterday they informed me via email that my documents is rejected because my documents doesn't match I have no idea why but I don't know why it blocked from the beginning I read the TOS and I did not violate anything I'm sure of that so I need help to verify my account I'm gonna lose faith in this company if they did not resolve this  and how they gonna refund my money if the problem did not resolve because I withdraw the money from paypal???
