You have not extended the package, all the guarantee conditions for your particular package have been removed. Any other banks registered under the same nominee are irrelevant here. The nominee is free to close the bank which has not been extended by the client, while proceed offering the nominee service for the other banks, for which extensions are made according to the terms.

The nominee is free to use the particular account at his/her own discretion after the paid period for that account has expired and the client who has been using that particular account has decided not to extend it.
There could be obviously other accounts under the same nominee. During the paid period the accounts are functioning in normal mode according to the service rules. There are no problems with them because clients extend them on time.

Besides that there are registrar costs, which you need to settle in addition to the nominee service cost. The amount depends on particular registrar you would like to use and any extra features you would like to have.

I remember that we offered you a refund, if you were not satisfied with our service. You have refused this refund option and confirmed that you wish to proceed using the service as is.

The package has expired. You have been informed well in advance (1 month) regarding the approaching expiration. We cannot provide any nominee guarantees after that. The nominee is free to use the account at his own discretion after the expiration date.

Hello, you are misleading the community, we have all the proofs if needed. We have contacted you 1 month in advance informing about the approaching expiration date.
We have also explicitly warned you about the risks of the account getting shut down by the nominee in case of non-payment. You have ignored everything.
Nowhere we have told that we will keep your balance. The nominee has been informed that package is not being extended and that the account can be further used at his own discretion.
Our terms have not changed since the inception of the service.

I have entered into a deal with AlexPCS through a trusted escrow. Will post an update / review once I receive the card.
Update 1:
The deal went well. The package has been received, the contents are as described and it works as expected. The instructions for setup/login were clear enough to get everything going in under an hour.
Successfully tested and working:
- Login to account via app and associated SIM card
- Loading balance on card via crypto as per provided instructions
- Purchases in physical stores (POS payments)
- ATM withdrawal
- Online purchases in card's native currency where no billing address is required
Still to be tested:
- Online purchases in a non-native currency
- Online purchases where a billing address needs to be provided

Completed two years of successful experience, I have extended the service for the third year. No issues with the service so far.
I purchased an RU card a few months ago, and I had a quick setup process. I've been using it ever since without any issues.
