What is Decoin's plan to build this project 2-3 months later? However Decoin have started to run the exchange, but trading volume is very low. I am still holding rewards from bounty campaign, hopefully I can see $1/coin.

So I think DTEP volume on Decoin Exchange will soon became high volume after they launched the card. 2nd is no idea what will be the use or how to use crypo currency .
Couple of days ago we have seen significant move in a day but again with the correction of BTC price, each the coin has lost a huge value. I think we are very far from a altcoin bull run, may be later this year we can see that.
There is no guarantee that by the end of 2019 it will bring altcoin back to the moon. But at least I'd rather wait for 2020 where many people expect more. At present the price of bitcoin is $ 8000 and continues to fluctuate. Fundamental factors will be able to make bitcoin rise again above $ 10K - $ 20K.I knew of ETHEREUM when it was pennies on the dollar and was so stupid that I didn't buy at the time a few thousand to keep for a better day. So many people have become very wealthy just because they bought ETH when it was dirt cheap. I don't know now if there is any chance to make that kind of wealth again in the Cryptosphere. I personally think those days are over now and those huge gains were made by the early adopters who just bought a few bags and then saw their investment skyrocket. I believe though the technology is here to stay and maybe in the future, we might have some good projects off of the Ethereum network that might make a few people happy financially, but it's those who invested in ETH early, who are the real winners here. At least we can congratulate their foresight at least if anything.
Yes unfortunately we miss investing in some excellent get-rich opportunities such as Ethereum and sometimes invest in fraudulent projects instead.

i remember a friend of mine telling me back then to buy eth and price was between $10-$15 there about and i said to him - that coin already too expensive to invest on he should forget about it and buy something cheaper..... Damn! if only i could see future or have a time travel machine, but now it feels there are no such great project that are cheap to invest on, 2017 was really a great year for those who took full advantage of it, hope we can see better years ahead.

Don't make a decision on what's other says, because the possible to be happen to your investment will lost. It's better to do your own research to find good ICO that will give you a great profits.
There are many reliable and trusted exchanges site and most of them were attacked by hackers. Honestly I wondering if they attack by hackers or is this their way to scam, but the most I trusted exchanges and I hope this will never end is Binance, Bittrex and Poloniex.

The market now are slowly recovering and the bitcoin price is around to $12000- $13000 not that high, but this year I believe it will be more expensive value.Yes it is good to other people that may want to buy coins in a cheap price, but it's very sad for others that the half of their capital was loss. Market correction maybe the reason why people do a panic selling because they afraid that CryptoCurrency maybe will end.

I think btc will be replaced by altcoin, for example ETH hi, can you suggest what altcoin is the best for short term trading? because i wanted to trade other altcoins while im holding some other coins.
Right now the market are not fully recovered from the last dip, you should take some research to choose altcoins for short term trading. There are many altcoins that great to choose, but for me the best altcoins is Ethereum, Neo and TRX.I think it might have caused just a bit, just soo small. Its all about correction in my opinion, rally after rally has affected the prices. Markets will recover in 2 months maximum. 2 months...
In my opinion, there will be no big pump or dump any more. There are much newbies in this market, experienced investors choose to hold on or left early, so the market will recover But not Too high.
