As a result, the provider made the decision to void all game results, winnings, and records from that period. To prevent future occurrences, the provider has since entered maintenance mode to address and resolve the issue.
We also reached out to the provider to ask if any form of compensation would be offered due to the incident. Unfortunately, they confirmed that no compensation would be provided. In light of this, BK8 will proceed to refund only the original deposits made by affected users.

this user was flagged as fraud identity previously hence account suspended. Upon checking it appears to be mainly due to VPN usage, as the member is using a computer to play and their phone to verify.
However, after conduct deeper checking and the consideration of concern from my side and after CMP's response indicating that reason isn't valid. We have revoke the previous action on the member and we have reactivated the account and credit back the balance to the account. We are still discussing the bonus for this member.

Today I received an email from someone claim to be customer care of BK8, the email tell me that I received a free balance worth 500k IDR.
I was skeptical when I read the email because it is so simple and unlikely an official email from a casino like BK8.
After checking the sender address, it is using gmail which makes me more skeptical about this email.
Surprisingly there is no link attached in the email (scammer usually add a phishing link) except a link to a whatsapp account where I can claim the bonus.
Other suspicious things is that the email mention 2 names: BK8MAHKOTA and BK8BERJAYA.

Having a problem here
I have been playing for a while on BK8. Depositing many times and also some withdrawals. I registered when I was abroad and I had access to a phone number to verify my account. I have no more access to that number and I asked online to change it, but BK8 is telling me that my new number is not from a country supported and so I can't withdraw my money. Meanwhile they are advertising here for European customers and I am from Europe. When verifying my identity I sent them my European ID and they had no problem with that.
I told them on telegram that I'm not interested on playing anymore. I just want a way to withdraw my money, which are exactly 340 usd. The support guy was like talking to a machine. No way he told. You have to go to Asia, take a new number, prove that your name is on it and then you can withdraw. Really frustrating experience.
