. And one funny thing about them is that they tend to believe that one day 1 Pi will be able to buy a car, lol.
I highly doubt that, PI network is a scam project and anyone serious will not invest in it.

Lol PI project can be anything you call it, but being called a scam is out of this because before all these DOGE, SHIBA came into existence they already started building their ecosystem and they even started all these minning to get coin scheme, so i don't think allowing their pioneers to be rewarded should make them one.

Pi hype has come and gone, but the project is still standing, and to me it shows one thing, and that is that it has people who believe in it and also a believing community alongside the devs. I won't be surprised to see it thrive in the next coming years, as every day we're seeing Pi pioneers increasing in numbers. And one funny thing about them is that they tend to believe that one day 1 Pi will be able to buy a car, lol. Till then, we'll be looking forward to it. And also, I can't blame them - they have opportunities lying ahead for them as a pioneer, like getting to earn up to $150 worth of the token if someone refers them, and many more. Are you also a pioneer?

Re: Can we be seeing the future BTC in this celebrity token?

They are just fooling people around and their main intention is to gain lots of money for those people buy their shit tokens. Its better for people to stop riding with the hype or shitcoins created by celebrities.
Celebrity shitcoins — initially pumped up and then dumped — have been quite common, especially artist tokens or official tokens such as $TRUMP, which were initially pumped up hard and then dumped after the hype died down.

Are there many victims? Of course, those who FOMOed in order to make a profit but ended up suffering losses.
I won't buy shitcoins even if they are world-famous celebrities.
I would definitely buy, like what happened with the $TRUMP coin, which saw a dramatic price increase in a matter of days. Such things are very rare in the crypto space, and in fact, for me, it's the best way to multiply money quickly.

However, if the celebrity coin is better, unless it has enormous influence and a very wide following, I would consider it. We have $TRUMP and Elon Musk, who have quite frightening popularity across many industries, and we know for sure 90% of people know them because of their influence and achievements. But remember, don't hold onto it for too long, because it will end up the same, and it won't even compare to BTC.
Meanwhile, celebrity coins will just become trash.
I'm pretty sure Ronaldo will do the same thing someday, perhaps after retirement.

I had bad mindset concerning buying some of these coins then and when the TRUMP coin came into live i saw it immediately then but decided not to buy around $5 imagine i woke up to see it $20 on cexs including bitget, binance, okx, bybit and many more have listed it that morning still didn't buy at all till it reached $60 or more, and some of my guys made crazy money from there, so in short what am trying to say is, no one knows the real coin that could made him good money, just DYOR and know the risk you are taking.

Before it was TRUMP coin, followed by Melania coin, and others followed suit - celebrities from entertainment and many more. But the real question is, are they helping people to make money indirectly or are they just collecting money from them, because I believe they have enough already?
This discussion came into light because of the recent coin that is going viral, created by the popular American rapper and entrepreneur, Kanye West, called $YZY. I thought it was a joke until I went to research it and saw that it was designed to serve as the official currency for the Yeezy brand, primarily for payments on the Yeezy website.
Since it was listed on tier-1 exchanges like Bitget, appeared on Binance website news as a potential, and  Krakent rumors. Do you think because of the purpose of creating the coin, it can become something big in the nearest future?

It is likely a scam.

Buy do not let me jump into a conclusion. What is the name of the exchange? Also if you access it online, post the exchange URL link on this thread.

OOhhh alot of messages already, i actually had to clear the air as there are alot of people jumping into conclusion, so about the exchange i can confirm that it is Bitget exchange and i went to do research if maybe it is fake and just a glitch that brought it but it is actually real, but with conditions attached to be among the people that will qualify to win the reward.
So in conclusion, it is not fake, and it seems they have started the event, is just the way i explained made it looked like that, and i think most exchnages do something like this, i hope participating there can give good reward they promised.

Can this be true or are they just trying to play on my intelligence? Let me tell you, yesterday I was browsing the internet when something popped up as a notification on my phone, and when I checked, it turned out to be about getting 1 free ETH for just buying ETH. I thought it was just a marketing tactic until I went to the exchange that talked about it and I saw the same.
Remember that 1 ETH is now $4,300. Do you think they're so generous to that extent to give people rewards for just buying, either on spot trading, copy trading, or simple deposits? Anyone of these is allowed in order to get a good reward.

Depends, if the onchain dex built in to the exchange have some degree of project review then maybe it influences your trade.
If it just list the coin that's in dex then maybe you're lucky.

I've never used bitget onchain but from my experience with binance alpha, it's just full of dump, maybe because they don't list early alpha like memes and just list some defi projects which usually going down at TGE.

You are actually right in some part of this because i once experience buying overhype project on Binance Alpha thinking i will be able to get 10x out of it, i got a shocker at the end of the day, lot it because the project has already been listed on the likes of Bitget Onchain where other users have been able to enter early. My own will be that every users should always DYOR and not allow overhype to push u.
