Are you referring to the codes dropped on the telegram channel? If you are referring to it, I believe there is no limit as long as you are eligible for the code and you can claim it faster before it is fully claimed. I've checked the restrictions previously when I could access the site with Japanese IP and as you quoted here, my country is not on the list. I have to be honest, I could not forget a loss quickly when I was still gambling without good control years ago because I did not manage my money well at that time.
