Re: Local bitcoin exchange KYC tax is dead/exempt now?
by

Just a question, anybody who used KYC during LBC operation all those trades under that person's name is usually filed in their database ready for request from the tax man aka IRS or HMRC (if British)

Now that local bitcoin is dead....I remember it gave people an option to delete their account. If some one did. Does that now mean any trades during its operation are not recoverable by the tax man?

Since technically nobody would be able to answer the request from LBC since no employees and the account information people had a chance to delete just before it shutdown.

does that mean any record requested from a tax office is now a dead end?

Asking for a friend ofc ofc
I will try to explain to you the principle of declaring and paying taxes.
If you received income under your law, you would be required to file a tax return and pay taxes.
If you want to cheat your tax office and reduce your tax or not pay tax at all, because they won't be able to check your income due to the closure of the exchange, then you need to be sure of this.

The entire point of this post is asking what happens to KYC when the business goes busy and there is no employees and if they delete accounts do they delete KYC information. Alot of exchanges going bust and I'm curious

Its like clockwork.

Baboons scratch and sniff in their own filth as they fling their poo at things they perceive to have no value.

They do this for months. All the while they continue buy overhyped-overpumped mainstream garbage, expecting to turn a profit. Afterall, a baboons knows whats best.

"Informed Investors", the baboons call themselves..

Next the baboons see a coin pump biggly, the same coin they flung their poo at for months.

The baboons become angry.

Their bottoms once engorged in blood, now seem lifeless as it all flows to their head.

They let out a shreak "OOO OOO AHH AHH"

After what seems like hours of flinging and shreaking, they finally settle..

The baboons become docile as their primitive instincts reason from within, they tell themselves that they are still right, and that everyone else must be wrong.

The sun sets and a new day of poo flinging begins on the morrow.

ooo ooo. ahh ahh..
ooo ooo. ahh ahh.

Lmfao not sure if orignal but either way. Funny

Lmfao

This is everything thats wrong with cryptocurrency right now. 0 use case for a project fucking 0 yet people are analysing price charts with twisted logic for a project that has 0 actual value but they dont care they just wanna follow a graph for a meaningless project it just hurts to watch this shit.

Actually mne has a use. Its everything a crypto currency shouldnt be a one man team with no vision crazy followers for a project with air analysying price graphs actually encoraging pump and dump groups fuck it mne is doing crypto community a solid imo.

Nothing wrong with investing in monaco howeverrrr tenx team social presense is alot more noteable also monaco is planning to be rolled out in singapore first. Not excatly a worldwide payment solution yet, got a far ways to go to compete with tenx. But I understand centra/monaco investors running into tenx forum to spread fud
You really do need to take down the biggest competitor.by hopefully converting some weakhanded investors at the whiff of tenx havin bad news but when i hear monaco or centra is better you really need to show evidence for this centra has huge fees. And monaco has no social presense compared to tenx and no live product or userbase. Also tenx end goal.is not all about the tenx card which like all cards over time will be obsolete but actually have the bacl door to evolve over time with cryptos via the comit network. Offering more than just a payment soltion but possible lending and more.

What I really have not gotten yet is what the token PAY is about. As far as I undertstood, I can send cryptos and they are converted into money which I can spend or withdraw with TenX card powered by Visa, right? So what is the token PAY for?

This is exactly my analysis of the token... from the start except that upon the start there still was a promise of 0.5% dividend stream attached to the token. That is gone now due to securities law issues vs exchange listings. That means that - formally - the TenX token does not represent anything right now except for dreams. But the TenX team probably will find a way in the future to give the TenX token a role in their ecosystem. But at this stage I do not consider the token fit for investment myself.

Wrong. Tenx cant legally say you will get a divident every month because that will be seen as a security. That they say for legal reasons is they will gift users everymonth a gift equal to what people expected with the divident. Secondly the token has more use than this. Tenx are going to be using the comit network and all transactions on the comit network will also boost tenx token price never mind on top of the value is the more transactioms on the tenx card the higher the marketcap will be and value of token.

Why do monaco/centra fan boys feel the need to come into tenx chat and spread fud when alittle road bump appears. Seems like you see Tenx as a threat to your massive fees debit card only solution. Stop being so defensive guys its flattering the strong handed tenx holders are loving this

I'm also annoyed but id say 90% of the fiasco has been out of tenx teams hands, Wavecrest incident 1 cancelling global card printing (annoying but work aroundable if you had family or friends in Europe. or just wait till end of February imo)  securities (which they found a weird way round) Eth roll out (Still slow but eventually going out, should be faster now team back from holidays) and now the newest incident from Wavecrest, I really can't tell you how much I hate wavecrest. had my card sent from my home in the UK to my home in Brazil and its dead on arrival. pretty annoying.

But I think this is still a great project the team is good, comit is still in the works and this has more social media adoption than any other card, with some amazing social and tv appearances I see tenx going up for sure. just annoying how many road bumps we are hitting, cards back on track soon. nobody panic. im lookin forward to buying some cheaper tenx on the dip

I still lurk these forums for the pure amazement of peoples riddiclous thinking. Sorry to tell you this but a one man band who shows little intrest in his own coin will not do well, sparatic updates for a meaninglease coin people saying other coins are meaningless to are investing in the wrong coins or are not researching coims enough mne is a dead project. Take what little money u have left and get ur money back and profit. By putting it in other coins. Here is a free tip. Icon icx will be launching main net on 24th jan the price will go up then when the first korean ico opens on bithum in a months time it will go parabolic. There is plenty of coins you can bet on with a higher chance of return than mne. Mne has no purpose there is nothing to believe in for this, get real people.

Holy shit....this is the best ico i ever been involved in. life changing.

Yeah, this is perhaps one of the most successful ICO‘s I have ever seen (considering the time it‘s been public thus far.)

But the scary thing is going to be once S. korea has acces to it on its exchanges. Might want to not let this one go for a while.

HODL has never been more clear. thinking what this coin is in 1 to 2 years.....

I don't understand why people are invested in Monaco, trying not be a fanboy of tenx but really what does Monaco offer that tenx doesn't?
is it the 10 mill circulating supply only? they haven't released any product yet, and there is no reward program like tenx correct? really please somebody tell me why Monaco is being invested in, I'm generally confused why Tenx isn't bigger, its an actual product released and working. don't understand it tbh
would really love someone to tell me the benefits over tenx

Dev needs to communicate more otherwise any venture he deals in is done for. Its very frustrating sure he delivers on what he says he does but he needs to update community alot more often i sold off everything before, but thid seriously is the most annoying dev in an ico ive ever had to deal with. Just not trustworthy enough to invest in doesnt give a shit about the community.

My forecast is between 20-30 cents until 2018. I expect 50 cents at the end of the first quarter of 2018.

thats a very depressing forecast, i hope it goes up more than that, shoulda kept it in bitcoin if that becomes a reality, I appreciate your dose of realism though, keeps my feet on ground

Just wondering what people speculate on the price when it launches on exchanges, this being a korean token, i dont think i have to fear it selling at ico price  Grin

but do you think the price will match hitbc (ill be honest its nice looking at that 17 to 20x gain) hopefully we can get in there but does anybody think this is reality or if it can even be surpassed?
