It's been over a week and C-CEX still hasn't replied to my ticket regarding my not getting my ~300k XVGCT; but, if someone wants to take a chance they'll get ~293k XVGCT I'll let it go to them for 200k XVG, you can keep the remaining LTC/BTC/YoCoin that are there, on the house, I just want off this ship; and if C-CEX pays out you'll be up ~100k XVGCT right off the bat!  It's a gamble, but given you're willing to trade on C-CEX to begin with tells me you're the type of like to live dangerous...  If interested email:  innocentta@yahoo.com

@C-CEX:  Seriously, this whole experience is a joke, I -finally- get a ticket open in last week, you reply with a generic email asking me to produce info that was basically ON YOUR SITE, then once I explain such you haven't replied for over a week...  This is after leaving us on the hook for 45+ days with no info, and although many have their XVGCT I still have yet to receive mine...  Words cannot define...  This sort of stuff/people are what gives crypto a bad name, and why it will never grow and be serious...

You can buy mine for ~$15k USD, that's why I'm owed, and I can't seem to collect my XVGCT tokens to even attempt to get anything back as the support ticket system has been full for over two months straight...  Hey, buy me out and maybe you can make a lot more if you can get my XVGCT out of them; your gamble, feel free to PM me.  

Heck, with luck C-CEX will buy me out, then I can drop my pending legal case; that would be the most ideal ending, but I'm not betting on it since they haven't contacted me...

BTW:  If this sounds like a company you want to get in bed with I promise to make you all of the invite codes you want, because the only way I stand a chance to get paid is if they have your capital held hostage, so please, if you want to sit down at the Russian Roulette table be my guest.

I've yet to receive my XVGCT tokens because I was trying to transfer out and their system ate my coin, then they didn't fix my problem for two days and then went on vacation...  So yesterday I can finally get in to open a new ticket (since the one from before was closed), so I open a ticket explaining the situation and receive a canned response back about checking my history, etc. to make sure everything was correct (yes, it is, maybe you as support should do this, but sure, make me screenshot it from your own site to give to you), so went I do this and go in to reply with a screenshot from their site and a screenshot of the ticket they closed two months ago about THIS ISSUE and I see the reply button is now missing, but I can open up another ticket...  BUT, per the rules, if I do that they'll ban me for spamming tickets...

It's crazy that you put no effort into resolving anything unless held accountable by a mob; this is not the way to be...

So, let me get this straight, C-CEX "loses" everything XVG, then is willing to give us "tokens" that essentially they're buying back at a fraction of the true coins worth...  Moreover, they're the ones gaslighting and having an attitude with us, as if we're in the wrong for asking questions over a two month period while they ignored us??!?  HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!  The only reason they're responding to us at all is because they're getting pressure as a few of us are fighting the good fight and putting the heat on them legally, nothing more... 

I've yet to even receive my XVGCT "tokens" yet, and their ticketing system is still full; I'll be continuing to apply pressure legally, this is a joke...  I haven't cussed or been rude to anyone @ C-CEX thus far, I haven't opened up multiple tickets (how could I even if I wanted), but even now, I still don't have these "tokens" in my account and I cannot open up a formal ticket so I'm just going to continue as if I've received nothing and continue pushing my case forward...  I doubt they'll reach out otherwise, so clearly the only way I can get any help for my situation is to put them through the same level of frustration that I'm experiencing with them...  If C-CEX doesn't want this then I guess they'll get their act together and reach out to me...  My PM box is empty, so please feel free; just know that everything is being documented at this point to keep myself safe and you on the straight and narrow...

Seriously guys, quit waiting for “maybe tomorrow after he does this other thing”, or just whining about what happened and saying there’s nothing you can do...  We all need to begin hammering the admins to remove his status, we need to mark his account down in mass on every link that we can; until we collectively quit whining in a message thread and begin actually fighting back and making his existence difficult  I can guarantee NOTHING will happen, you will NEVER see your coin unless we ALL collectively make trouble...  We’ve all waited long enough without any answers, it’s time we make him pay up, and he won’t unless we start fires...

Has anyone contacted the XVG devs (Sunerok, etc)?  They may want to look into what is happening with their coin on c-cex, as essentially they have "misplaced" a literal percentage of their coin circulation...  I was trying to be cool and wait until Jan 20th, but that date has come and gone with zero explanation and not so much as the ability to even reopen my ticket to get my XVG added back into my account...  They take the time to reopen some random coin, and ban users from chat, but they're clearly avoiding the literal "million dollar question" as to where the heck our coin/money has gone...

All I care about is that when this is done I better get my coin, and be able to move and trade it on to another exchange where it will be worth something...  With XVG's rise this guy has already unwittingly played with a ~$30k USD increase for me, and if it hits anywhere near $1 it will be enough for some to think about retirement...  He is toying with peoples money, and when it comes to potentially destroying large amounts of it, and done to many people at the same time, it's certainly a dangerous game to be playing... 

Ok, so the plot thickens... 

After ~7 hours the site is back up, but XVG is gone; it’s not an option as a coin and EVERYONES XVG is missing... 

I’m at a loss for words...  I can only hope that we get our coin back when Yuri or whomever comes back from vacation ONE MONTH from now, and that this forced HODL pays some serious dividends...  This whole situation is incredibly unprofessional, it’s completely unacceptable and absurd to be so negligent with other people’s financials; but I’m beyond all of that, I just want To know that I will get my coin back safe and sound...  At least the site is up, which give me hope that they didn’t just up and leave never to return...

Been down for somewhere between 3-4 hours now...   Wow, just wow... 

I won't lie, I'm a bit worried...  I can see that the coin has not left the exchange, and at this point I'm ok with that; I would just like to have it back in my account where I can buy/sell with it on the exchange...  

i hope that Yuri and the people who work there may be able to do that for us before Jan 20th...  I have 292k of XVG in purgatory, if it hits even $0.50 that stands to be a -lot- of money that could be lost if I can't manipulate it during that time...  I see a lot of prevalent people talking about Yuri in a good light, so I have hope that this will end up ok and that my coin isn't lost forever (in the C-CEX chat I saw folk talking about the XVG transfer system being broken for a few days now, so it's not an isolated thing), but man, the idea that they left the entire site to run in a limp mode with no support for an entire month is pretty balls-to-the-wall in my mind, and due to errors on their site it has potential to cost me a lot of money...

If anyone knows Yuri and Co. and can tell us stories about how wonderful they are I would love to hear them, if nothing else for some peace of mind right now...  

Indeed, much like yourself my plan was to HODL, but(!) I would like to have the option to control my coin when the Wraith madness hits!  Is this the norm for this exchange?  I’m seriously regretting throwing ~$20k USD into a place that handles support like this...  :/

If they’re truly MIA for a month, no tickets no support, then we’re doomed; nobody is monitoring and the hackers are going to have a field day beating this site until our coins fall out...

Your site failed to transfer    292508.57329397 XVG coin and now it’s stuck in limbo, fine, don’t transfer it, but I need it back in my C-CEX account at least!  This cannot wait until Jan 20th!  That’s just nuts for an issue caused by your site (as can be seen by the many other posters with the same issue).  You can’t just bail for a month straight and leave an entire exchange unmanaged, that’s nuts!  Please resolve!  Thanks!
