megalo box.   A man's romance, a rare fist to the flesh, blood and sweat anime. And this manga also provides a BGM that allows me to cycle the singles for a whole year, making me suspect that this is a music episode.  Smiley

Re: How to lose weight?

In terms of exercise volume, half an hour of skipping rope is equivalent to 90 minutes of jogging. To achieve the effect of weight loss, you must maintain a proper amount of exercise, not less than 4 times a week, and each time is about half an hour.

Re: How is Anonymity seen in your culture?

it means respect. especially in school. to encourage others, our teacher decided to make our grades public and all the personal information is concealed in case of hurting those with lower grades. I like the way of encouragement and anonymity is functioning as a source of protection.

Re: Will the Lightning Network replace on-chain transactions sometime in the future?
by

I think it's pretty clear that Bitcoin is going to prevail as a store of value (it is already doing so). For day-to-day payments I am not sure, Strike seems to me an interesting lightning project that looks likely to succeed, but you never know. If it is not lightning it will be some alt.

the gas fee is unevitable and reasonable as well. dya-to-pay payment is not suitable for bitcoin. remember the days when we compare bitcoin to gold? who ever uses gold for daily payment?  Roll Eyes

Re: The Mainstreaming of Bitcoin and Crypto Continues

Big firms and companies investing in Bitcoin. Tesla, Micro Strategy and Twitter are just to name a few, pushing for global adoption.
Is this a sign for a long term investment or just pump and dump for them?
Source

I will say that it is both for long-term investment and pump and dump because we still see bitcoin price will move from up to down many times, even if we don't know why the price moves. You don't have to worry about the pump and dump that will happen to the market and only hold your bitcoin while you can buy more bitcoin. The up and down of the bitcoin price will be good for us because we can try to buy low and sell high, which can help us get more profit. Bitcoin now becomes mainstream among the people out there, so they see bitcoin used for a long-term investment. So they will not worry about the bear market because after the bear market comes, the bull market will come again, and the history will repeat.
I can't agree with you more. if you have enough spare money, buy bitcoin as soon as possible when the price goes down. it's impossible for bitcoin to disappear or make a loss for the long run. decentralized finance will renew the economy of the world and people will no longer need banks. and I'm there're some people embarking on the development of decentralized exchanges Cool

Re: This the Truth about life and People wealth and sucess

I don't think it's about being wealthy. choose a career you like and do it to your best. your interest will decide which field you are gonna work in, then it's your effort that counts. then you become successful and then wealthy. being too money-driven can destroy your intersest and for most people, turning wealthy is a gradually process.

Re: Help me sleep

Coffee and tea have a refreshing effect and shorten the time of deep sleep; although alcohol can speed up falling asleep, it is easy to wake up people during sleep (people who have been drunk should have a deep understanding of that); so avoid anything that may stimulate your nerves before sleep. a glass of milk is ok. Re: How do you make friends when you're 30+?
by

no one is perfect, you know. I'm not 30 yet but I've watched Desperate housewives and why women kill, they taught me lot. I think so long as what they do is not so insane, it's okay. you may don't like them manytimes but since you can meet these people, you don't know when the time comes and you need their help or you feel the good part of them! play poker in free time or go shopping together might be a good choice~

Game of the thrones.
I got touched when Jhon Snow killed his lover and sister, it's a hard decision of selflessness! this TV series is a little long, but I'm sure you'll have a better understanding of life and history after watching it Smiley

Re: what do you do to keep fit ?
by
Brooke Gilbert
on 05/02/2021, 06:32:37 UTC
no smoking/ dringking too much. don't eat too much/less. no long-term staying up late. keep positive attitude. take meals regularly. one important point is: when feeling upset/angry/disappointed, vent your negative emotion and must not bear it, otherwise some poisonous matter would be produced. when it's sunny, do some outdoor activity and enjoy the sunshine Wink

In my free time, I will visit the elderly, read, study, shop online, work, exercise, get together with friends, play with children and do spa. I wanna say that we should not only pay attention to the joy/improvement of our own, we might as well give some time to our family Tongue

Re: What kind of life do you think is perfect?
by
Brooke Gilbert
on 03/02/2021, 07:51:01 UTC
For us huamns, the most precious thing is life and we can live only for once. A person's life is supposed to be spent like this: When he looks back on the past, he is not regretted for wasting time, nor be ashamed of his inaction. A life without regrets is a perfect life. So, do what you want to do, life is short, aviod regrets!

Eat less deserts or food with high sugar. excessive input of sugar will cause significant changes in human figure and skin condition. my cousin loves cupcakes and her mom buys her many, now she's suffering obesity Undecided

When the school was still open, I easily become not attentive in class and read books that have nothing to do with class; I do my homework  slowly and inefficiently or do it over talking to my classmates; when back home, I stay up late to play mobile phones....

Re: Is skipping meal a bad habit?

yes. then your blood sugar will decrease, which causes your blood pressure to drop, affecting your heart and liver, then the secretion of bile and gastric juice will affect your stomach. next you will feel hungry then not hungry, and then feel tired. There are many disadvantages, try not do this
