Re: BTC to $500, are you still buying?
by
BtcAnalyst1
on 23/07/2025, 21:23:59 UTC
Pls don't misunderstand, just an assumption: if Bitcoin were to reach $500 again today, do you think people would still be willing to buy?

In my opinion, it would have two implications. Firstly, it would likely have ruined many people's investments and life savings, considering those who bought in at $10k, $20k, or even $100k.
Secondly, it would reinforce the skepticism of those who don't trust digital currencies due to their perceived unreliability. So, if it happens, would you still buy it?

Well, this is just an assumption but honestly bitcoin remains a top investment asset, and if the price goes to $500, this could be consider a total market crash and many people will lose interest on bitcoin. However, bitcoin will never come to $500, on whatever circumstances or assumption in my opinion.

Yes, it is true that CZ wanted presidential pardon, which means that he will be able to be Binance CEO again which the United States Court banned him from.

You know how the world could be, there are rumors everywhere. CZ is threatening Bloomberg already that he will sue Bloomberg. He also accused Coinbase to be the problem and the cause behind the allegation. He thinks Coinbase is afraid of Binance if he becomes Binance CEO again.

I think that it is not a bad idea if CZ seek for pardon from president Donald Trump in my opinion, its a normal to seek for pardon. CZ is not the first to seek for pardon, it id done everywhere in the world, and i don't know why coinbase should poss an obstacle to his efforts. I think he deserves a pardon, anybody can make mistakes, and i think CZ should press further to get back to his business.

Re: Nigeria Don Finally Recognize Bitcoin as Legal Investment
by

on 10/07/2025, 18:44:50 UTC
There is no official announcement yet that Bitcoin is legal in Nigeria, but the law that has been introduced is that Nigeria has officially recognized cryptocurrency as securities in the new SEC Act 2025. In my opinion, the way Bitcoin is spreading all over the world, at some point it will be officially recognized in our country. It may take time but I am sure it will happen. Bitcoin is decentralized and not completely controlled by any country or government. I can invest and hold it whenever I want. It has completely retained personal freedom which is why it has become more popular. your knowledge will lead you to success in investing, so be patient and take your time and do more research, then you will get good results.

I still day wonda where him get that news from, because I never hear am, many news when we dey hear nor be correct news. Me i nor dey trust all this news wey them nor read for national television stations because some people just won  make you click the news like content creators them pattern.
Bitcoin nor bi joke, adoption go spread fast, and many people go invest more which will make price rise in the future. Now na just small beginning , before e go reach another five years, many people nor go fit buying easily again.

How una see this state of impatience?

. after selling at loss due to the fear of not loosing it all.. the price started going up for like 2 days, then I bought again to follow the trend but guess what... the market was watching me this time and the price declined badly that I just had to forget about the funds..

Any time I see this particular statement I just laugh because na typical newbie behavior in trading be that, in the spot market.
In the spot market, where you buy the token, nai go determine how profitable you go be, but you fail to follow the number one rules of the spot market, which is buying low and selling high, on your own case, you dy buy at the top and sell in panic when the value of the coin don depreciate, but that's by the way.
Wetin I go advice you about all this alt and meme coin is that as you dy do buying and selling with am, try to use money you can afford to lose, so that if things no go as planned, e no go worry you too much, because most of this coin dy fall pas the way them dy take rise, that's why you need to treat am like gambling.

Nor be lai, newbies they always dey in a haste to sell because of fear of loosing all. You know say crypto market they dey volitile sometimes, people dey take am like say the market go always crash.
We nor go fit blame this newbie them, dem nor get experience na em cause why them dey always sale sharp sharp.

Re: Bitcoin investors will be the future wealthiest people.
by
BtcAnalyst1
on 08/07/2025, 20:12:25 UTC
Don't say that an angel or someone told you about bitcoin in 2025, but you were in doubt. Start your bitcoin investment now before the big whales, institutions, government and companies will make the price very expensive due to their aggressive buying and hodli. Traders beware of selling too many coins too soon, because the future millionaires and billionaires are bitcoin investors.
You are very correct about this but anyone that is investing in bitcoin now should not think that bitcoin will increase in a way that he is going to be one of the wealthiest people on earth because bitcoin is going to continue increasing in value, but the person should see bitcoin as an edge against inflation and a store of value in long term instead. Bitcoin will increase in value and price but it can not be as it did in the past.

In fact, bitcoin past was great, it has continue to evolve and there has been improvements, and tremendous growth so far. After just sixteen years, we have seen bitcoin rapid growth in the last two years and hopefully, in the next ten years, bitcoin price is most likely to hit $500k or more.
I think the opportunity to accumulate more bitcoin is still very open even at the current price, anything can happen, there are to be changes, which is known to be constant.

Re: Why Nigeria is a global leader in BTC and crypto trade
by
BtcAnalyst1
on 07/07/2025, 17:43:28 UTC
As it is now we have really emerged as a powerhouse in Bitcoin and crypto adoption. As we all know the Nigerian currency has undergone severe devaluation prompting us to seek refuge in assets that preserve value like Bitcoin. Now people don dey get trust issues with our traditional banking, we dey get bank restrictions wahala, like account freezing during political protest and foreign exchange limit wahala, all this things done push plenty users go Bitcoin so we go get better control over our funds.
Another better thing wey dey give me steady joy na say Nigerians na we dey rank top Consistently in P2P crypto platforms in Africa and globally. Because of the fast transfers compared to our traditional service, our entrepreneurs dey use Bitcoin to pay for imports from palace like China, bypassing FX restrictions. This cryptocurrency give us exposure to some things way for dey very difficult for us Nigerians but things have been smooth thanks to crypto. Were traditional systems fails, Bitcoin thrives. We can now see Nigeria as a global leader in crypto adoption due to it's economic volatility and real world utility coverage. As I love to say Nigerians no dey carry last.

China do ban crypto since many years ago, i dey wonder who tell you say dem dey use bitcoin dey import goods from China. I beg make you dey check your informations well before you go talk, make inor be say you dey wine us, or na ovasabi news news agencies wey dey fly everywhere for naija.

Re: How Australian authorities uncovered a $123-million crypto fraud

This is a very complex process almost like they are mixing the money. And in reality this is how money laundery works I even believe that they are sophisticated and almost undetectable ways not how yet to be discovered in this type of fraud.

What I like most about this types of stories is that they will always end up getting caught. It may not happen immediately but it does sooner or later. Criminals cannot win.

All this approach applied by the criminals are absolutely a delay tactics unfortunately, they were being tracked and got caught. I am just hearing this kind of story for the first time where fiat undergo a mixing processes and then converted to crypto, this is dramatic, the criminal could not win and i commend the great effort of the investigating team.

by

on 06/07/2025, 02:09:27 UTC
Is anyone debating about Bitcoin safety? It's time to move on from beating on the same thing over and over again. Bitcoin is ahead of other Crypto-currency in every area and the documentation of Bitcoin safety is available even on this forum all you have to do is start your research.

There is a reason why it is called the king of coins, there are virtually tons of huge companies also hoarding Bitcoin and would you think they would invest on it if it wasn't safe and secure ? A whole ass country has its reserve as Bitcoin and also a lot of other whales in the market who have come to know that Bitcoin is one of the secured asset anyone can think of having and there is no argument there.

And there are much more reasons why it is called the king of all crypto, Bitcoin completely drives the entire crypto market regularly, and being the first crypto, it has proven overtimes to attract investors with consistent demands. As a matter of facts, Bitcoin has the capacity to create scarcity with it's known limited supply.

Thanks for the clarity, but assuming the CBN governor made the eNaira more flexible with cryptocurrency and allowed cryptocurrency to thrive without being hostile to them, do you think it would have gained better adoption in today's world?, because with the strong adoption of cryptocurrency today in Nigeria, I believe there would have been a chance for it, and it would have had its own importance.

The Nigerian central bank where in a haste to copy country like China unfortunately, China is still strangling with her CBC, while it is obvious that Nigeria's CBN lead Emefuele, the former CBN governor has no experience on how to go about CBC, the whole ideas behind the CBDC was to create a centralized Fiat systems that will complete with crypto, especially the the centralized crypto stable coins. As a matter of fact, the idea could not work and crypto users are wiser than the governments.
Again, in as much as the US, never supported CBDC, it will never stand the test of time, and a critical look at certain developments, whether economic policies, politics etc has it beginning in the US and the rest of the world look up in the direction in my opinion.

Re: How can bitcoin be handy if WW3 happens?
by
BtcAnalyst1
on 01/07/2025, 18:47:08 UTC
With US bombing Iran, talks of WW3 seems closer and closer. I am, of course, not wishing for this to happen as nothing good will come out of it. But let us think for a second how will bitcoin be useful to us should WW3 actually happen? First of all, expect chaos. Fiat Currencies would most likely decline. Governments would need to print more money to budget for fighting other countries. This will surely lead to inflation. This is where crypto would come in handy. Bitcoin can be a safe haven for most.

The most important thing is if you live in a country directly affected by the war, surely people would migrate and seek shelter. Bitcoins can be helpful for doing this as you will not be carrying your country's local currency. I am sure now that people would be buying crypto in fear of the war happening.

During the war there will be much uncertainty on every market, and if the war involves every Nation, there is must likely to a complete crash of Bitcoin, and even all marketd. I don't think many enthusiast will be thinking of Bitcoin, and there is no way ones house will be on fire, and he/she will be busy chasing rates.
The should be a total end of the war before people start talking about Bitcoin or other markets in my opinion

Re: Trump shares shocking strategy to take pressure off dollar
by
BtcAnalyst1
on 29/06/2025, 16:29:29 UTC
It is interesting how perspectives on Bitcoin are changing. Traditionally many thought Bitcoin would compete with and potentially weaken US dollar worrying that if people used Bitcoin more dollar global standing would suffer. However recent comments from Trump suggest different idea that more Bitcoin use could actually ease pressure on dollar. Maybe this happen if Bitcoin acts as another option for investing taking some of demand off dollar or if accepting crypto helps US lead in new technology boosting its economy. This new way of thinking shows how our understanding of cryptocurrencies in world economy is still evolving.

Yes, change they say is constant, the thought about Bitcoin as alternative currency to Fiat is beginning to strive hard among top profile persons in the society even President Donald Trump is now seeing Bitcoin in another dimension greater than his thought on implementing the bitcion strategic reserve ideas. I think that we are progressing on the crypto economy in recent times and more understanding will certainly come among those that were very critical about Bitcoin in the past.

Green Minerals plans $1.2B Bitcoin buy as it says it will raise $1.2 billion to buy Bitcoin and plans to adopt blockchain technology in areas such as supply chain transparency and operational efficiency.

You can read more about it on the news https://cointelegraph.com/news/norwegian-deep-sea-mining-firm-adopting-bitcoin

That is not all but also Anthony Pompliano's ProCap BTC, LLC bought 3724 Bitcoin within a day after announcing $1 billion merger and over $750 million fundraise.

https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2025/06/24/3104425/0/en/Anthony-Pompliano-s-ProCap-BTC-LLC-Buys-3-724-Bitcoin-Within-One-Day-After-Announcing-1-Billion-Merger-and-Over-750-Million-Fundraise.html

More institutions are getting in.

All this news are great developments, it shows the levels of Bitcoin awareness and adoptions. Nevertheless, there are many more institutions, companies that are already buying like metaplanet, Grayscales, others, and there are indication that more countries will adopt the Bitcoin strategic Reserve plans started in the US. I think that there are likelihood that we will experience heavy scarcity in near future.

Re: Uber to start accepting stablecoins for payment
by
BtcAnalyst1
on 26/06/2025, 21:47:42 UTC
Uber's CEO, Dara Khosrowshahi, is thinking about adding stablecoins as a payment option. The company is still in a study phase and this could be a big deal for simplifying global payments and cutting down on fees. Here's the breakdown :
1. Uber's not planning to invest in cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin; they just want to make payments easier.
2. They're figuring out the technical and regulatory stuff before making any moves.
3. There's a chance they might accept other cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin in the future, but nothing's confirmed yet
These all depends on the regulatory clarity and technical integration.

This could be a cool step for Uber, and it's definitely something to watch out for. What do you think about this idea?

https://themarketperiodical.com/2025/06/07/uber-eyes-stablecoins-to-simplify-global-payment-systems/

Whatever ways they want to get involved in crypto, whether the use of stable coin for payments, or they decide to invest on Bitcoin is a very goid developments. It is very obvious that many institutions, companies and organization are realizing the benefits of crypto, i think this will go a long way to spread more awareness and adoptions now and in neat future.

Re: What is the best strategy to beat inflation in 2025?
by
BtcAnalyst1
on 24/06/2025, 22:24:22 UTC
In the fight against 2025 inflation, consider investments known to overshadow inflation such as stocks in relatively inelastic industries (i.e Energy, digital assets like crypto, and real estate) or inflation-indexed bonds. There was a need against currency devaluations by considering diversification across digital assets and various commodities such as Gold, real estate etc.
Inflation index can as well predetermined the state of economy in a particular region,so it is require of us to take cognizance of this,so as to enable us avert ourselves.

Make paying down high interest debt a paramount to avoid rising costs.Side hustles or skilled workers to cover some cost at a long run,Maintain emergency savings in high-yield accounts like those billionaires in dollars to mitigate the way inflation eats away at the value of cashflow,Cut down non-essentials, lock in fixed rates(on loans or utilities),that sort of thing to adjust and avoid spending on frivolity, then be nimble-constantly.And there are  good approaches as the economic landscape evolves positioning for viable growth and continue productivity in the economy system.

Summary;
Inflation do cause a paradigm shift in the system and also bring uncertainty in the level of supply. It is advisable for government to come in on time and do the needful,so that something of this nature will not set in.

Inflation can be beaten of overcome by government through the following ways.
1.monetary policy, this involves interest rates increase by the central bank to make borrowing expensive which can reduce spending and curb inflation.

2. Fiscal policy, this also involved decrease spending to reduce overall demands on the general economy

3.supply policy,  this includes plans to increase supply of goods and services by investing on infrastructure or promoting competition which can help to lower price.

4.Management of exchange rates, this can be used to influence import prices

5.Wages and price control, government mechanism in extreme case to prevent a sharp rIse in prices, though not a long term solution.

There are also individual control actions that can be used to beat or overcome inflation eg Savings, investing, budgeting etc.
