Re: [ANN] [RNS] Renos - A community Based Cryptocurrency
I've never used a bot, is renotron easy to use? Are there any guides / reviews online?
It is easy to use, there is nothing that is out of your control with it, at this point we have simply taken the trading and brought it to your desktop in a single application using the API keys of the exchanges. We are working on releasing a final beta right now before we put out any guides or anything to eliminate the possibility of confusing anyone with an outdated guide.
The interface should be fairly straight forward but if you would like a quick guide on how to get started I am sure we could put one together for you.
Also, I spend more time on Telegram and Slack, mostly Telegram, if you have questions you can join our room https://t.me/renoscoin or DM me @BuRNiNBoNeS and I will be glad to help.

Re: [ANN] [RNS] Renos - A community Based Cryptocurrency
Thanks very much. Also, regarding masternode hosting. The hosts need the private keys of your node (not wallet). Does that mean they can't touch any funds stored for the node? If yes, how so?
Private Key for a masternode is a bit of a misnomer. There is no way it can be used to remove funds from your wallet. Think of it as a checksum, you have your public key (masternode receiving address that you send funds to) and it's compliment to that is a private key... it is simply a way for the network to ensure that the two clients match up and there is no forgery.

Re: [ANN] [RNS] Renos - A community Based Cryptocurrency
Hi there. I transferred all my paltry 5500 renos to the V1 wallet and they arrived safely last night.
Now this morning it appears the V1 wallet has "sent" my coins out to another address. I did not perfom this operation.
Now I am worried they have been stolen.
Can you explain what is going on? Is this just part of the coin swap process and what do I need to do next please?
I am new at this and am a bit confused with the whole "coin swap" idea.
Please advise.
Adam
Hi, Your coins have not been stolen. As part of the exchange/swap process we withdraw your version 1 coins to this address 'RC9EZKGsPpcLyq6NNNW49evgxw8YyTgDRf' from walletv1.renoscoin.com to clear out your existing v1 balance and deposit a 1:1 balance in wallet.renoscoin.com. The reason for this is twofold.. 1. we are keeping track of the amount swapped in that single address so everyone is aware of our progress and can see that the coins aren't going anywhere. 2. To enable you to make multiple v1 deposits and help keep things straight.
Hi casper77, this is part of the change address process. when you send coins, if you don't send your full balance, the remainder gets assigned a change address and then I assign that change address to your account. If you wait 1 block and check the page your balance will be squared away.
Thanks!

I made a modified docker container that has externalized coin daemon, config files, and wallet files so that it is easier to keep up on updates and access any necessary files without having to dig into your container: https://github.com/BuRNiNBoNeS/cryptocoin-docker

Re: [ANN] [RNS] Renos - A community Based Cryptocurrency
Just to confirm that the rumours of masternodes are true HOWEVER there is a slight catch currently. We have the technology developed and working but have issues syncing it with the current chain due to outdated code on the current codebase (an error on my part) We have people looking to fix it but if there has been no progress in the next week then we will most likely have to initiate a swap. Its something I really wanted to avoid but necessary in the long term as not only will it implement masternodes but a cleaner update friendly codebase. The initial specifications we have for masternodes are:
So, problems... It the time to sell Renos to fix profit. Some days later the price will be 100-150 satoshi and then buy. I believe to Renos future, but local fall is inevitable.
Or you might get left behind the moment it properly takes off
Or 0 commits since launch means 0 development at the moment.
Or...... there just aren't any commits to github... you can commit local and not sync up... do you even source control?
WTB 11000 at 1000 sats with escrow, and 100 accounts for a negotiable price.
Do you want to purchase the accounts separate?
I'll buy the accounts separate at a negotiable price with escrow.
What are you thinking for price?
CryptoTrout offered 50 satoshi per account, and Penetrator10 offered 0.01 btc for 1k accounts. I'll match Penetrator10's higher price and offer 0.001 btc for 100 accounts.
is telegram meme ded? dev is still online so who knows whats happend

Re: Memetic - [MEME] NOW ON BITTREX!, IPFS, Meme on the blockchain.
I'm glad I missed the initial launch, I'd hate to waste my mining on a coin that got forked right off. I'm sticking around for this one, it's gonna be good on the rebound!
