Be wary of referring your high roller friends to shuffle.
My phone got stolen and lost 2fa in a burglary, shuffle jumped on the opportunity to lock me out of my account completely and now will not respond to my emails. Probably because I have a high roller affiliate.

Update: after making this post, shuffle then responds to an email I sent them telling them I want my funds returned by giving me my KYC information. But that was it they refuse to reply back to my emails otherwise.
Just goes to show where shuffle stands on its customers, by scamming them and giving them the cold shoulder.

Pretty sure shuffle.com changed my KYC info to keep me from logging in

Hi I posted another topic somewhere but I can’t find it anymore, so forgive me if I’m double posting this
But my phone was stolen several months back, so I lost my 2FA access. I messaged shuffle support from the email I had signed up for and explained what had happened and they asked me to verify myself so I gave them my name and address and they told me it was wrong… there’s no possible way it would be wrong, I know I put in the correct information.
Shuffle refuses to tell me why my KYC info won’t match up, they tell me I can’t log into the account and they won’t give me my information I’m requesting from the account (which is against their terms of service) but they also throw in my face the part of their tos that releases them from liability over the account. They also ignore my requests to have my remaining funds transferred to a wallet I’ve withdrawn from the account with before…. I really put only want my account back because shuffle policy is you’re only allowed one account and I want my money back that’s left on the account. Shuffle is located in curaçao, I live in Canada so what are my options legally? I just don’t know what to do with them ignoring me, I just want my money back that was in my balance.
I’m thinking it might have something to do with a high roller affiliate I have.

If proof is needed then I have a whole lot of emails that were ignored if that helps and screenshots of emails from beforehand I’m trying to figure out how you post pictures on here on mobile.

My shuffle username is C0vid19

Shuffle.io changed my kyc1 information and refuses to release me my information

So several months ago my phone was stolen, I lost 2fa so I contacted support and they say my information doesn’t match my kyc1 information. Which makes no sense I know for a fact I set it to my name… so I sent support a great load of proof proving I’m the owner of the account from the email I signed up with but support just tells me they can’t verify the information. I ask them why and no response, I’ve sent numerous emails to them asking them to to see the data they have on me but they’ve said nothing now. I have a high-roller affiliate and haven’t even touched my AD2 yet as this has gone on 8 months now with no resolve.
The whole thing just reeks of skem.
I don’t know what else to do besides get a lawyer in caracao or something.
But don’t trust shuffle they’ll steal your account whenever they see the opportunity.

Somehow, my kyc1 info had been changed on my account. My phone got stolen and when I tried to log back in I gave them my info and they said it didn’t match their records… there’s just no way that’s possible, so I asked them if I could see what info they had on me as per their privacy policy) and support has done nothing but ignore me. I’ve gotten zero from this airdrop because of this and it feels like they won’t be willing to reset my 2fa until after the airdrop is over..

I got my phone stolen back in may, and as a result a lot of my crypto casino accounts were compromised.. but I was able to get a lot of accounts back on different sites… but not shuffle, shuffle sided with the hacker as they set up 2fa and I haven’t been able to log in. I tried emailing them off my email I signed up with, several times now asking me questions I wouldn’t know how to answer unless I logged in to my account which the answers I provided weren’t good enough. I asked them if I could send them my Id to match my name and address I provided on the site and they said they couldn’t help me. I’ve tried multiple times to get my account back and over the course of this time, the hackers been using my account. The last time I tried they just all out suspended my account like really? With stake I was easily able to get my account back by sending them a selfie with ID and IP address of my last official login, shuffle on the other hand seemingly purposely sided with the hacker and let them use my account for months and didn’t want to help me at all. I lost a lot of money over this so thank you shuffle really there for your players. I’m telling everyone I can about this because it’s bs.
