I like the idea of creating an ecosystem for mobile developers. gamers and investors alike can join in where they can all play on the one platform. each player creates a profile which allows him access to all types of games. Every hour of playing these games will be rewarded in coins which we can then store on our crypto wallets. 
I agree this project really puts the power in the people's hands. It allows them to employ themselves, giving them full access to a massive range of mobile apps. In addition, it also rewards users for the time they take in the app. The users are rewarded with the ico token which also that gives incentive to investors that the coin will appreciate in value.. count me in!

They are building there platform on hyperledger fabric, how that will benefit the project?

According to Wikipedia "Hyperledger is an umbrella project of open source blockchains and related tools, started in December 2015 by the Linux Foundation, to support the collaborative development of blockchain-based distributed ledgers."
By launching omnitude over the hyperledger fabric, will allow it to gain the benefit of industry proven technology standards of the blockchain.
In simple words, hyperledger is just a better blockchain. shortcomings of First and second generation blockchains were fixed in 3rd and 4rth generation, likewise, hyperledger is a new blockchain platform launched by Linux foundation and it is like an ideal blockchain.

Few obvious reasons to choose the Hyperledger Fabric over the traditional blockchain is because things like stability, security and ability to process large volumes of transactions quickly are only possible with Fabric and this will be the aspects that sets Omnitude apart.
The fact that the process is completely transparent and secure, with it being unable to be altered, it will also mean that instances of fraud will be reduced due to the fact that it is seen as being impossible to break the blockchain. Omnitude will be using DPBFT (Delegated Practical Byzantine Fault Tolerance consensus algorithm) and its derived from Practical Byzantine Fault Tolerance. Some advantages offered by omnitude consensus algorithm are immediate settlement of the transaction, a high transaction rate, and high scalability.

I love how they used the idea of Proof of interactions as a sort of baseline on how to counteract fraud transactions. They can look at any transaction, seeing when it was made between the two parties is there the previous history from that one party and also identify whether or not one party is a reliable client or not via this way. Now that is the best way to utilise blockchain tech to your advantage!
