It's strange that right now as I'm writing this post I can't access the website.

I don't know what the casino owners are up to, but since last year, when these problems started on the site, I started warning people not to use the site until they had some proof that the site still belonged to the same people, but unfortunately many people are ignoring the many flags that the site has. Maybe now they have some kind of problem with the server and fix it. We will see in the next few hours how the situation will be.
Well, I just tried visiting the casino and did encountered the same server error above, looking at the time which you made your comment, and looking at what the time is currently, I guess it's OK to say that this has been up for more than an hour or more now.

It's not looking nice at all, this looks more like the plug has been pulled, thank goodness I only have a few btc sats in there.
I really was hoping or believing that the team had started fixing the site like weeks ago when they started disturbing free spins to their users in the ton of six or more per day, seems like it was their last giveaway in preparation for the leaving.
All the same, fingers crossed and hoping this is but a minor glitch at the end of the day.

Yeah right, even asking the Quinn or wetsuit to drop a simple reply on this thread posting that they are working already on different department is very do and will not consume a lot of time yet they decided to become discreet about this and create this new account for support purposes.

I’m curious why they need to hide important details like this while the community will still support them as long as they keep the service running smoothly the same as before.

Well, they will post the update if there is any work is being done in the background. Seems like there isn't any positive outcome to come anytime soon and freebitco user may continue to experience the same problems over and over again for next few months maybe. Huh
Also as some of the people mentioning that they should wake up to save their reputations, I guess they have already lost it and it will be hard to regain the same trust among the gamblers, even if they come back.

The representative on and off communication in the forum makes their progress on recovering their reputation back so slow.

Maybe it’s weekends that’s why the representative is inactive again but his profile show that he is active today I believe he is just lurking on our discussion.

I’m still hoping that they will make a comeback because this casino is already a gem due to their contributions on Bitcoin history back on the faucet days.

@CSFBC, I just checked the Freebitco FUN token hot wallet address (0x99E2AE3dD7fDb5684950176551911d19D55dFCaB). There are only 21 million FUN tokens left on that wallet address. And 2.9+ billion FUN tokens have been transferred to Binance recently from the address. What is the plan of Freebitco team now? Now all the funds of Freebitco have become untraceable.

Lambo Lottery - I appreciate your patience regarding the Lambo Lottery – Round 11 winner announcement.  I’ve escalated this internally, the promotional team has just confirmed that the winner is pending and will be announced soon. 

Typically, the winner is announced on social media and the winner will also receive an official email notification.

The WOF spins are not credited.
The support doesn't respond to the complaints.
Many people in this thread have reported issues with FUN withdrawals.
The round 11 of lambo lottery ended more than 5 months ago and the winner has not been announced yet. You are even selling the tickets for round 12.

For any customers who have been affected/are currently being affected by the Wheel of Fortune (WoF) Spins, please send me a private message  with your User ID and the length of time you have not received these spins.
The issue with WOF spins is not specific to some users. If you read posts in this thread, you will know that all users are affected.

I made a request of around 1.2M FUN Token before 5 days and still pending also didnt get any email
Anyone also facing this issue ?

It has been said in this thread that someone was sucessfull almost instantly, that to others it took between 5 and 15 days and someone else concluded that they operate manually twice a month - if it is so, you are still far from an eventual timeline on about middle of march25.

So their only contact here for us on the forum has finally come out from the shadows to make an appearance. After months of hiding from answering for all these issues with their site.

How appalling to have wait over 7 months to hear a response from them. Failed support is another sign of a complete collapse of this site.

Users who purchase fun tokens to access the premium membership benefits including daily free WoF spins must be credited for any missing spins.

Any suggestion that premium membership benefits will not be honoured once purchased creates fud and further erodes trust in the site.

Well this seems somewhat embarrassing  Shocked

You created the CSFBC account on 18th July 2024 for the purpose of addressing issues and to answer questions. You also stated your goal was to provide helpful support and guidance for us to have the best possible experience. Such was your excitement that you stated you were looking forward to engaging with the community and contributing to the forum.

The fact you were last active in this forum on 19th July 2024 which was just a day after making your announcement demonstrates the lack of respect both you and the owners seem to have for those that need help. You are not addressing issues nor answering questions either and you have been absent when the owners could easily have paid to ensure support will never go missing.

That account was created on June 18, not July. But other than that, I totally agree with you. It's not particularly encouraging that their new support account has only written 7 posts in a month, although it's obvious that there were many more questions from users over that period.

put in well over 3 bitcoins, bought and set aside 10k fun tokens locked each day for a whole year at there rate.. and now i just made to getting into the return of it after a year, and the coin PLUMMETED, and the i cant withdraw, no email arrives and i hear its cause i didnt set up 2fa? what in the fuck is going on? a buisness/company/ whatever the fuck you guys are, of that size, i assume you would respond to the customer support emails, or at least advise us on whats going on?  i just wanna know my things are safe, and all im asking, (which i have asked in the emails, but left ghosted) IS my bitcoins safe.. and are you working on the issue.. ALL I FUCKING WANTED.. was a "we know and are working on it"  but all ive been is ghosted day after day, almost week after week...  all i wanna know is my shits safe.. and if its not. I have to say... longest running scam/rug pull ive EVER seen, or been a part of.. ID love for this to be wrong..

Resetting the password doesn't work either, the button just freezes,
Same experience for me.
A few days ago when I tried to reset the password, the button worked and the problem was that I didn't receive the authorization email. Now, the button doesn't work at all and there is no way to reset the password.
